About the role
We’re seeking a self-motivated and confident Design Centre Consultant to join our metro team on a casual basis.
You will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of Austral Bricks & Urbanstone as a front-line representative and provide an exceptional customer service experience when interacting through our multiple channels including via phone and email.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Provide quality service to both internal and external customers;
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company’s products and services;
• Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner;
• Operate within a warehouse environment, using mobile plants.
• Guide customers through the colour selection and colour consultation process; and
• Complete data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries.

We are looking for people with:
• Flexible with time and be available to work on Saturdays.
• Shifts will be either at the Osborne Park, Bellevue or Wangara sites
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• A personal focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
