About the role
Making beautiful products that last forever starts by building great teams, and we are looking for a self-motivated and confident Estimator to join our team at our Austral Precast office in Wetherill Park, NSW. Reporting to the Engineering and Estimating Manager you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed quotes for Precast Concrete opportunities.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing tender documentation and producing accurate, timely and innovative tenders;
• Identification of risks in jobs to be quoted;
• Communicate with internal stakeholders the key assumptions, risks and production and delivery methodology assumed in each quotation;
• Maintenance of the company CRM;
• Involvement in the sales process to help close opportunities;
• Liaison with clients to clarify client requirements;
• Partaking in customer meetings as required;
• Review of contract scope; and
• Upselling of new and non-confirming products and cross selling into the market.

Success Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, preferred.
• Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• 2 + years experience in the Construction or Engineering Sector.
• Adept verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
