Established in 1929, Bristile Roofing is one of the country’s largest suppliers and installers of concrete and ceramic roof tiles, offering a comprehensive range of more than 40 colours and seven profiles. Over recent years, the company has expanded to include metal roofing, fascia’s and gutters together with a range of innovative roofing solutions including solar and batteries.




We are seeking a self-motivated and confident Roofing Solutions Coordinator to join our team at our Bristile Roofing® office located in Wollert, VIC. Reporting to the Roofing Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage labour capacities and scheduling for Bristile Roofing Victoria.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Develop strong relationships with Bristile Installer Network

·         Oversee weekly delivery schedule to meet Customer DIFOT requirements

·         Liaise with Contracting, Sales and Admin to advise capacity for Bristile Roofing Customers

·         Work with Site Supervisors re allocation of labour to different areas based upon demand and customer requirements

·         Forecast future booking capacity and resource requirements

·         Undertake relevant site based checks for quality and maintenance requirements

·         Undertake Service Representative Functions as required


Success Requirements


·         Strong knowledge of scheduling and job management systems

·         Ability to develop strong networks and relationships with installers and customers

·         Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

·         Strong Organisational, time management and problem solving skills

·         Strong ability to meet deadlines, self-motivate, with advanced communication skills

·         Drivers Licence

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role

·         Certificate III in Roof Tiling preferred
