About the role

Making beautiful products that last forever starts by building great teams, and we are looking for a Machine Operator to join our Austral Masonry team at Coffs Harbour NSW. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the running of manufacturing machines within the factory and driving Forklifts on site. This is a hands on role involving some manual labour tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure compliance to work, heath, safety and environment systems;
• Drive Forklift with high precision
• Operation of manufacturing machines;
• Completing QC requirements to ensure compliance of product;
• Fault finding of issues and liaising with maintenance staff;
• Housekeeping tasks
• Mould changes as required; and
• Production based paperwork as required.

• Experience in similar role operating Columbia manufacturing machines (desired).
• Experience in operating manufacturing machines.
• Valid LF forklift licence with extensive operating experience.
• Front end loader ticket (Desired).
• Australian Drivers Licence.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• High regard for workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills and work well in a team.
