Customer Service Representative - Casual Position

We’re seeking a self-motivated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Austral Bricks® office in Fyshwick. Reporting to the ACT Area Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative duties to facilitate order entry and despatch as well as daily customer interaction. As a casual role you will have to be flexible with time and the role will involve working on Saturdays. Hours of work is up to 15 hours per work depending on market conditions.
You will provide an exceptional customer service experience when interacting through our multiple channels including via phone and email.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the development and growth of Austral Bricks as a front-line representative;
• Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers;
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company’s products and services;
• Data Entry of orders, credits, returns and stock and pricing enquiries;
• Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner; and
• Assist in transport despatch to ensure customer’s needs are met.
• Colour selections and colour consultations

Success Requirements
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority Prior experience working in customer service.
• Exposure to Work Health and Safety procedures (ideal).
• Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• A personal focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
